According to Vancouver Washington Real Estate Information 1 out of 6 homes in America are in foreclosure! There are more foreclosures now by almost double than in 2007 and quadruple from 2006. According to Zillow.com upwards of 50% of houses are in foreclosure in some markets. Wow…
Many more homes are upside down and staring foreclosure in the face. Of course, many will use the short sale option in order to avoid foreclosure.

House Passes $700 Billion Dollar Rescue Bill
It’s a sad day for America today if you oppose the $700,000 Rescue Bill. The sweeteners caused many of Monday’s “nays” to vote “yah” today. Sad. “Give me something for my constituents and I’ll vote “yes”. Down with Values. Down with fiscal responsibility.
When was the last time a local business who was hurting received government assistance. If you did not get government assistance it’s cause you are in the wrong business.. You weren’t a banker!
