There are more foreclosures now by almost double than in 2007 and quadruple from 2006. According to Zillow.com upwards of 50% of houses are in foreclosure in some markets. Wow…
Many more homes are upside down and staring foreclosure in the face. Of course, many will use the short sale option in order to avoid foreclosure.
